Individual from 15 to less than 18 years old who does not lose or has limited capacity of civil act; or individual from 18 years old or over with full civil act capacity in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law. For person under 15 years old, person lost of civil act capacity, person with limited capacity of civil act in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law, his/her legal representative shall act on behalf to open an account.
